Delete Account

Users registered with Kaagzi can request for deletion of thier account and all associated data.

Your data is safe with us
Note that, your data is safely stored with us and is not shared with any third party. We collect only the personal information that the user provides to us. Please refer our Privacy-Policy to know what and how the data is stored securely. For any queries, you can contact us or should there be any reason for you to delete your account, you can request for the same.

Procedure to request account deletion

  1. Contact Us to raise a request to delete account
  2. Our representative shall guide you through the deletion process
  3. You shall be asked to mention your Name, User-ID, email and / or phone
  4. Our representative shall verify that the deletion request is genuine and initiated by you
  5. Account shall be deleted along with all associated data
  6. Acknowledgement shall be provided to you

  1. User ID
  2. Name
  3. Email
  4. Phone
  5. Payment Transaction history
Attention
If you request deletion of your account while still having a paid plan active at the time of request or deletion, the data shall be deleted irrespective of any active plans and refund (either in full or partial) shall not be issued. Kindly refer Refeund Policy to know more.

Note that, after having deleted your account, if you re-create an account with Kaagzi, paid-plan if active before last account deletion, shall not be redeemed.
